We'll take you from inception, right through the planning stage and handing over your keys. Alternatively we can work as the contractor in a team you put together.

PLANNED/REACTIVE MAINTENANCE
Cliden combine the management of planned and reactive works to deliver efficiences, allowing planned works to either be carried out at the same time as a reactive call, or allowing a reactive call to be postponed until the planned visit takes place.
We utilise our combination of mobile teams and specialist sub-contractors to provide first response and rectification wherever possible. Where this is not possible, we'll make sure the affected area is made safe and a rectification plan agreed.
